    4. Place on Site of Pain: Apply the patch directly to the area of pain, such as your lower back, shoulder, neck, or knee. Smooth the patch down firmly to ensure there are no wrinkles and that it makes full contact with the skin.
    5. The 8-Hour Rule: This is the most important step for safety and efficacy. Leave a single patch in place for up to 8 hours. Do not wear the patch for longer than this recommended time.
    6. Frequency of Use: After removing a patch, you can apply a new one to the area if pain persists. However, do not use more than 3 to 4 patches in a single 24-hour period. This product should not be used for more than 7 consecutive days. If your pain worsens or persists after 7 days, stop use and consult your doctor.
