    1. Begin with Clean, Dry Hands: Before handling the pad, wash and dry your hands thoroughly to maintain hygiene and prevent any contamination.
    2. Unwrap the Pad: Peel open the colourful outer wrapper using the convenient easy-peel tab. The wrapper is designed to be used later for discreet disposal of the used pad. Unfold the winged pad completely.
    3. Prepare for Placement: Peel the long paper strip from the back of the pad to expose the central adhesive. Be careful not to let the adhesive side touch anything before placement.
    4. Position the Pad: Carefully centre the pad adhesive-side down onto the crotch of your underwear. The 25cm length is designed for ample front-to-back coverage. Ensure it is positioned correctly to align with your anatomy for optimal leakage protection.
    5. Secure the Wings: One at a time, peel the paper tabs from the wings. Firmly wrap each wing around the outside of your underwear's crotch area and press it securely into place on the underside. The wings provide crucial side protection and prevent the pad from shifting during movement.
