    1. For the best and longest-lasting results, begin with a clean, oil-free eyelid. Apply an eyeshadow primer or a light dusting of translucent powder to your eyelids to create a smooth, matte canvas.
    2. With the cap on securely, shake the eyeliner pen gently two or three times. This ensures the highly concentrated pigment is evenly mixed for a bold, consistent line.
    3. For a steady hand, rest your elbow on a stable surface and look down into a mirror. This angle provides the clearest view of your lash line.
