    1. For best results, apply to a clean scalp. This can be on towel-dried hair after washing, or on a dry scalp between washes.
    2. To ensure the essence reaches the scalp effectively, part your hair in several places to expose the skin on the top, sides, and back of your head.
    3. Place the nozzle of the bottle directly against your scalp along a parted line. Gently squeeze the bottle to apply a few drops. Repeat this process along 8-10 lines across your entire scalp to ensure even distribution.
    4. Once the essence is applied, use the pads of your fingers (not your nails) to massage your entire scalp firmly but gently for 1-2 minutes. Use small, circular motions to stimulate blood circulation and promote absorption.
    5. This is a leave-in treatment designed to continuously nourish the scalp. Do not rinse it out.
    6. Once the essence has been absorbed and your scalp feels dry, you can proceed to style your hair as usual. For optimal results, use once or twice daily.
