    1. Apply a small amount, approximately 1cm to 1.5cm, of Apagard Premio toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
    2. Without adding too much water, gently but thoroughly brush your teeth and gums for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Ensure you reach all surfaces of your teeth—the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
    3. As you brush, focus on distributing the soft foam evenly throughout your mouth. This allows the nano-sized Medical Hydroxyapatite particles to make contact with every tooth surface for maximum effect.
    4. This is the most important step: After you have finished brushing, spit out the excess foam but rinse your mouth very lightly with only a small sip of water, or not at all. This leaves a concentrated layer of the active remineralizing ingredient on your teeth to continue its repair work.
    5. For best results, use 2 to 3 times daily, especially after meals and before going to bed.
