  • How to use Sato Nazal Spray 30ml

    1. Check Suitability: This product is for use by adults and children aged 7 years and over. It should not be used on children under 7 years of age.
    2. Prepare Your Nose: Before using the spray, gently blow your nose to clear your nasal passages as much as possible.
    3. Prime the Pump: If you are using the bottle for the first time, remove the protective cap and press the pump several times into the air (away from your face) until a fine, even mist is released.
    4. Administer the Spray: Insert the nozzle tip gently into one nostril. Keep your head in a normal, upright position. Close your other nostril with your finger. Firmly and quickly press the pump to deliver 1 to 2 sprays while breathing in gently through your nose.
    5. Repeat on the Other Side: Remove the nozzle from the first nostril and repeat the exact same process in the other nostril.
    6. Clean and Recap: After you have finished, carefully wipe the nozzle clean with a fresh tissue to prevent contamination and replace the protective cap securely.
    7. Dosage and Frequency: Use 1-2 sprays in each nostril as needed. You can use the spray up to 6 times in a 24-hour period, but you must ensure there is an interval of at least 3 hours between each use.
    8. CRITICAL DURATION WARNING: You must not use this product for more than 3 to 5 consecutive days. Overuse of decongestant nasal sprays can lead to a condition called rebound congestion, where your symptoms can become worse.
