  • How to use Sulwhasoo Perfecting Powder 20g No.21N 

    1. Use After All Base Makeup: This perfecting powder is the final step for your base makeup. Apply it after your foundation, cushion compact, or concealer has been fully blended.
    2. Prepare the Powder: For first-time use, open the lid and carefully peel off the protective seal covering the sifter net. For daily use, ensure the lid is closed and gently turn the container upside down and back again. This will dispense the perfect amount of powder onto the sifter.
    3. Load the Velvety Puff: Open the lid and take the plush, included puff. Gently press it onto the sifter net to pick up a light, even layer of the fine powder. You can also tap a small amount of powder into the lid and swirl the puff in it for controlled application.
    4. Remove Excess Powder: Before applying to your face, gently fold the puff in half and rub the sides together, or tap the side of the puff against the back of your hand. This works the powder into the puff and removes any excess, preventing over-application and ensuring a seamless, non-cakey finish.
