How to use

• take about a large cherry sized amount 
• gently apply the cream around your face
• using the back of the fingers, stroke outward from above the jawline to loosen the muscles, using the back of the thumbs, stroke outward from the side of the nostrils to loosen the muscles, do these 8 times each
• using the back of the thumb, move up and down along the nose from above the nostrils to the inner edge of the brows 8 times
• with the heel of the hands, massage along the contours of the face from the bottom of the chin to below the ears, then with the pulp of the fingers, massage along the cheekbones outward from the center, do this 3 times each 
• with the entire hand, massage along the contours of the face from the bottom of the chin to below the ears. Lift up from the cheeks toward the temples all the way to the forehead 3 times. press down on the temples to finish
• after massaging, rinse with water or lukewarm water or add freshner to a piece of cotton and gently wipe off
